Car Salesman understand that people make their decision about buying a car based on how they FEEL.
If they feel a "connection" to the car, a "bond", if they can "see themselves in the car", then the salesman likely has a sale on his hands.
Advertisers know this same truth.
People make their decision to buy something primarily on how they "Feel About It".
So Advertisers try to "attach their products to things which elicit positive human feelings, like beautiful women and gorgeous landscapes".
"Human Beings Make Decisions Based Primarily On FEELINGS,
And Secondarily On LOGIC."
This is not something to be ashamed of,
it is something to be simply understood and accepted about human beings.
